Construction Law: The Firm represents the largest Nevada-based construction firm in the state, as well as numerous other general contractors and subcontractors. Our Firm's representation covers all aspects of construction law, from original contract negotiations through performance, and the payment or settlement of disputed claims, including enforcement of lien rights.
