LAS VEGAS – The statewide law firm of Kummer Kaempfer Bonner Renshaw & Ferrario (Kummer Kaempfer) announces the addition of two new associates, Beau Bennett and Christopher Miltenberger. Bennett joins the transactional department in the Reno office, and Miltenberger, who is based in the Las Vegas office, joins the firm’s litigation department.

Prior to joining Kummer Kaempfer, Beau Bennett was an attorney with the Las Vegas law firm of Feldman Graf where he concentrated on business law and real estate litigation. He served as a summer associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco working on mergers and acquisitions and tax issues. Bennett also worked as an accounting and financial analyst with Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps in San Diego.

Bennett received his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. He holds a professional accounting Master of Science degree from San Diego State University and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada Reno. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the State Bar of California.

Most recently, Christopher Miltenberger served as a judicial law clerk for U.S. District Judge James C. Mahan in Las Vegas, where he prepared bench memoranda and drafted orders for civil and criminal matters among other duties. He previously clerked for the U.S. attorney’s office in North Carolina. In this role, he drafted an appellate brief on immigration issues, which was submitted to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Miltenberger received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and graduated magna cum laude from Wabash College in Indiana where received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
