- Represent a major advertising company in connection with Nevada real estate matters, including acquisition of easements, leasehold interests and other property rights and interests for development and operation of outdoor advertising signs
- Represent a major business owner and its affiliates in connection with leasing transactions involving national tenants in various shopping centers
- Assist various clients with planning and development of condominium projects including acquisition, financing and the creation of a condominium community
- Assist a major developer in the creation, planning and development of two million square foot mixed-use residential, office and commercial project in Las Vegas that will offer close to 800 residential condominiums
