• Successfully revised the Clark County's land use plan to allow higher density residential development
• Successfully defended the approval of a major Las Vegas Strip resort hotel and casino
• Prepared and gained approval of the development agreement and design guidelines for the largest master planned community in Nye County
• Received approval for the expansion of the gaming enterprise district for several  neighborhood resort hotels and casinos in Southern Nevada
