The Firm’s attorneys offer personalized service statewide and concentrate their mediation and arbitration practice in the following areas:

  • Business and Commercial Disputes
  • Real Estate and Construction Law
  • Eminent Domain
  • Employment Issues
  • Professional Responsibility, Errors and Omissions
  • Personal Injury

The Firm and its attorneys organize and conduct the following proceedings:

  • Mediation, a negotiation process between the disputing parties and led by a skilled individual who assists in finding a mutually beneficial solution
  • Arbitration, which utilizes one or more skilled individuals and who hear formal presentations by the parties before deciding who is entitled to an award. Arbitration is more similar to a trial than mediation, and the award granted by an arbitrator is akin to a court judgment

It is important to have skilled professionals lead mediation and arbitration proceedings to ensure established processes and procedures are instituted and followed. We are committed to resolving complex legal disputes in a timely and efficient manner and look forward to extending our mediation and arbitration services to you and our clients.
